Integrations and User Interactions

Provide key ecosystem services (emails, surveys, newsletters, notifications) and vendor integrations to enable and support Bevy’s core functionality in order to provide a full feature set (end-to-end) to clients and end-users.

Purpose/Goals:

Ensure that end-user communications such as emails, surveys, newsletters & notifications are seamless and handled in a smooth and timely manner.

Provide on a continuous basis new and improved audiences and occasions for customer outreach.

3rd party integrations must be highly available, scalable, and fault tolerant.

Provide on a continuous basis new and improved integrations based on customer need and biggest payoff.

Automate monitoring of all related system statuses to ensure high deliverability rates and instant notifications around issues or failures.
